- (9/7/1740 Stockholm- 2/26/1814 Stockholm) (Sweden / Italy)Sculptor, engraver, and draughtsman. He studied drawing under Jean Rehn, modelling with Adrien Masreliez, apprenticed in the studio of PH Larcheveque, and studied at the Academie Royale de Peinture et Sculpture in Paris. Much of his work reflected his neo-classical training.
